OneRepublic and Kygo to Perform at 2023 Pegasus World Cup

(HALLANDALE BEACH, FL) Dec. 13, 2022 – Belinda Stronach, Chairwoman, CEO and President, 1/ST, and David Grutman’s Groot Hospitality announced their partnership for the upcoming 2023 Pegasus World Cup Presented by Baccarat on Saturday, January 28 at 1/ST’s South Florida entertainment destination, Gulfstream Park. The 2023 collaboration is part of a new multi-year partnership between 1/ST and Groot Hospitality.

1/ST tapped Groot Hospitality’s LIV for a trackside takeover of Gulfstream Park’s Carousel ClubLIV with Palm Tree Crew will curate a uniquely Miami experience featuring top-tier entertainment, celebrities, VIP hospitality, programming and post-race A-list performances by Kygo and OneRepublic. Groot Hospitality restaurants Komodo, Papi Steak, Key Club and Gekkō will serve Carousel Club guests trackside as they enjoy Whispering Angel, the Official Rosé of the 2023 Pegasus World Cup. Tickets for this year’s LIV with Palm Tree Crew experience at the Carousel Club feature an “All For One” package, including a full open bar from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., complimentary bites and a $25 wagering credit on 1/ST BET.

In the Flamingo Room, which offers a premium luxury setting with a bird’s eye view of the track, and in the Private Luxury Suites, guests will be delighted by Groot Hospitality’s newest hotspots Gekkō and The Key Club, alongside signature offerings from Komodo, Papi Steak and Swan. Gekkō boasts premium steak cuts, jaw-dropping sushi inventions and delicious seafood options, while The Key Club is known for its fresh-catch fish and flavorful steaks. Guests will enjoy a live performance by Brian Newman, the iconic jazz vocalist and trumpeter who is currently the bandleader and arranger for Lady Gaga’s Jazz & Piano Las Vegas residency show, and who has collaborated with legendary performers Wynton Marsalis and Tony Bennett.

Transportation partner Brightline will provide guests with a new way to get to the 2023 Pegasus World Cup from their new Aventura station.
